Baldiwas 2021
Let's take pride in our young Talents once again and celebrate Baldiwas.
Theme of the Event: वसुधैव कुटुंबकम् (World is one Family)
Our theme is to celebrate life, love and friendship by showcasing global arts, dances, plays. We will soon be announcing the next set of details.
- Age: 2 to 16 years
- Date: 3rd April 2021*
- Time: 1300 to 1700
- Venue: Renaissance Shanghai Yangtze Hotel, 2099 Yan'an West Road, Changning District, Shanghai, 200336 China

Kids can perform dance songs from different parts of world like Russian Ballet, Chinese Lion Dance, Dragon Dance or Folk Dances from Europe/Africa/Latin America etc. They can as well do Indian Dances (excluding Item Numbers).
Registration Guidelines:
- You can register as a solo performer or as a group. For Passes, Please scan the QR Code above in the flyer for Registration and payments should be done through Yoopay.
- The Passes need to be bought for each adults and Kids (inc Participating and Non-Participating ) 100 RMB/Adult and 50 RMB/Kid, includes Tea Time Refreshment.
- All entries should be submitted before 20th March to Ritika - [WeChat ID: Akitir11 ] or Shilpa - [Wechat ID: Shilpa2002 ]
- Scan the below QR Code to Register on Yoopay
Entries should be submitted with
- Song title
- Type of Dance and Name of the Region/Country
- Group leader's name email id and contact no.
- Bollywood item song selection should be avoided
- Length should be 3 minutes for solo performance and 5 minutes for group.
- Limited Seats are allowed So please register and complete the payment as soon as possible.
- Scan this WeChat Group QR Code to join BalDiwas 2021 WeChat group. If the QR Code is expired, then you can request any nodal points. They will include you in the group.
Guidelines to upload files:
Here are the guidelines where/how to upload your files.
- Please keep the copy of your files on USB as a back up on the performance day.
- Please submit audio files in mp4 format by 20-March. No late entries will be entertained.
- Videos are optional, if any required in Background
- Single file with audio and video is preferred.
- Please keep a backup pen drive ready for the event. Pen drive should contain only and only A/V file and nothing else. This will help to save time in case of any problem *Tag it with Group leader's name. *
Please update the songs list asap if you were asked to change them.
- File Type: “Mp4” ( suggested video resolution: 1920 * 1080 px )
- File Name must be in this format:
- Baldiwas2021_Leader Last Name_Leader Full Name_performance name_1 of X.

Please send request to QQ ID : 2959522638. Once the request is accepted.Use the option “Send offline File” to send your file for Baldiwas 2021.
